5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

After dispatch, estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.

Free shipping is available on orders of $39.99 or more.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may vary depending on the destination and circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or other postal service disruptions.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

6. Returns & Refunds

Numorah offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions and exclusions outlined in our Refund Policy.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, products generally must be returned in the condition in which they were received, unused or unworn, with original tags and packaging where applicable, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and shipping instructions. Please do not send an item back before receiving these instructions.

Unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order.

Because orders may begin processing shortly after purchase, cancellations requested after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed.
